AMERICAN

M4A3E8 Sherman (Medium Tank)

The M4A3E8 ‘Easy Eight’ Sherman is one of the most mass-produced modifications of the main U.S. armored vehicle of the World War II period. 

Featuring excellent Firepower for a Medium Tank, the Easy Eight can easily be fine-tuned to suit any role.

M26 Pershing (Medium Tank)

Intended as a replacement for the Sherman, the M26 Pershing gave American crews a tank that could go head-to-head with German Panthers and Tigers. 

The M26 Pershing has an excellent array of stats. Adding some Crew will further enhance this already impressive tank.

M24 Chaffee (Light Tank)

Used by reconnaissance units as a replacement for the Stuart, the M24 Chaffee was appreciated by tank crews. 

Combining high Mobility with good Initiative and Firepower, the M24 Chaffee Light Tank is a threat to every other tank on the battlefield and cannot be ignored.

BRITISH

Crusader (Light Tank)

Used in the deserts of North Africa, the Crusader was perfect for high-speed attack runs on an unsuspecting enemy. 

For a Light Tank, the Crusader packs enough Firepower to trouble enemy tanks as well as excellent Mobility and Initiative.

Sherman VC Firefly (Medium Tank)

The Sherman VC Firefly was a British adaptation of the trusty Sherman tank and mounted the powerful 17-pounder gun that was capable of knocking out German Tigers. 

The Firefly mixes the best of two worlds, the Firepower of a Tank Destroyer with the Medium Tank ability to re-roll a blank attack dice.

Challenger (Tank Destroyer) 

Another British tank featuring the 17-pounder gun, the Challenger was built to keep up with fast Cruiser tanks. 

It is an outstanding Tank Destroyer for an aggressive commander, combining high Mobility to quickly relocate and find enemy flanks where its impressive Firepower will finish the job. 

GERMAN

PZ. KPFW. III AUSF. J (Medium Tank)

The Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. J was the most common variant of the Panzer III series and served in North Africa and the Eastern Front.

Combining great Mobility with high Initiative, Platoon Commanders have a tank that can be in the right place at the right time to deliver a killing blow.

Panther (Medium Tank)

The Panther was designed to counter the T-34 and had strong front armour, a powerful 7.5cm gun, and excellent off-road performance. 

Good Initiative and high Mobility will help Commanders to ensure that the Panther has head-on engagements where its good Survivability can keep it in the fight for as long as possible.

Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer (Tank Destroyer)

Designed to fill the requirement of a low cost and easy to produce tank destroyer, the Hetzer was a reliable and widely used vehicle. 

Combining a solid set of stats, deceptively small size, and a relatively low cost, that makes the Hetzer an affordable but effective option for a Platoon Commander on a budget.

Soviet

T-70 (Light Tank)

With over 8,000 tanks built during the war, the T-70 was the mainstay of Soviet light tank units. 

Its high Initiative and the Light Tank rule make it an excellent option to support slower tanks in the Platoon where it can help them maximise their damage potential.

IS-2 (Heavy Tank)

The IS-2 is a Soviet heavy tank, named after the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin. It was developed and saw combat during World War II and saw service in other Soviet allied countries after the war. 

Featuring a high Firepower and the Big Gun rule, the IS-2 will win most head-to-head shootouts.

ISU-152 (Tank Destroyer)

Unofficially nicknamed zveroboy, this ‘beast killer’ was built in response to the increasing numbers of German heavy tanks appearing on the battlefields of the Eastern Front. 

The ISU-152 has excellent Survivability and features a powerful gun with an increased chance of causing Critical Hits on enemy tanks.
