Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs are based on rates quoted by the delivery providers (Canada Post or FedEx) and are reliant on the size, weight, and quantity of ordered items. We also ship using Expedited rates since they are slightly faster and our volume grants us this premium at the same price as the slower regular shipping.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You are automatically sent a tracking number once your order ships.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and delivered safely. We can ship products anywhere in the Canada and most of the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Please note that Canada Post is not currently honouring any claims for parcel delays. If your parcel arrives outside of the expected delivery window, we will be unable to offer any reimbursement for shipping delays until Canada Post rescinds this policy.

Return Policy for

Please note, only items shipping using our couriers (Canada Post, or FedEx) are eligible for a refund under this policy. Mission Fun & Games retail location does not offer refunds for items purchased in store. Please see our comprehensive Sales Policy in store for more information.

Items are ineligible for any exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Items at a discount of 25% off or greater (Includes items under the Employee Pricing program)

  • Used games or other used products

  • Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)

  • Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error

  • Special order items

  • Items without a factory seal

  • Any wooden products, or products under the Classic Games category

The following items will not be eligible for exchange even with the factory seal:

-All Sports/Trading Card Game products (Magic:The Gathering, Pokemon, etc)

-Any electronic games and/or computer software

-Any items at clearance prices

-Any special order items

-Any Games Workshop items
-Paints, painting accessories, chessex dice cubes or bulk dice

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason contact us by email. If we provide an RMA number you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange to by Canada Post with tracked and insured mail.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount, the cost to reship and/or handling charges will be incurred unless this was an error on our part.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The cost of shipping to you is not refunded.

The cost of shipping the item to is the responsibility of the customer.
