Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs are based on rates quoted by Canada Post and are reliant on the size, weight, and quantity of ordered items. We also ship using Expedited rates since they are slightly faster and our volume grants us this premium at the same price as the slower regular shipping.  

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the Canada and most of the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Return Policy (Mission: Fun and Games)

Items are ineligible for any returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Items at a discount of 25% off or greater (includes items under the Employee Pricing program)
  • Used games or other used products
  • Items that are no longer in their original shrink-wrap or packaging
  • Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error
  • Special order items

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances for purchases made in-store. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you will be able to return it to the store for store credit or exchange only, provided that it is still in the original packaging (as listed above) and it is accompanied by the original receipt within thirty days of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your online order for any reason contact us by email. If we provide an RMA number you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange to www.boardgames.ca by Canada Post with tracked and insured mail.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the items being returned.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount, the cost to reship and/or handling charges will be incurred unless this was an error on our part.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The cost of shipping to you is not refunded.

The cost of shipping the game to www.boardgames.ca is the responsibility of the customer.
