Please read through this entire policy before placing your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policies as outlined below.

Employee Pricing Program

Items that fall under employee pricing are subject to the following conditions:

  • Limit of 4 employee priced items per order

  • No eligibility for damage claims, exchanges, or refunds

  • Individual items are limited to 1 per customer

In-Store Pickup Policy

All items ordered on line for in store pickup require the buyer to present valid photo ID at the time of pickup. No one else may be sent to pick up the order. We will not authorize anyone other than the named individual on the order to pick it up. There are no exceptions. Items must be picked up within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders not picked up within that time frame. Orders cancelled in this manner will incur a 15% administrative fee. The in-store pickup option is normally unavailable from mid November to early January.

Curbside Pickup Policy

WEATHER PERMITTING Curb Side Pick is available from 11:30 a.m. - 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. These days/times and times are subject to change.  Please text the store at 1-866-379-1055  about 1 hour before coming down.

Order online at and choose “Curb Side P/U when ready” as your shipping method at check out.

Please allow up to two days to prepare your order.  This may change depending on staff levels and ordering volume. Since the Alberta Government closed all essential stores March 27th we can now focus on curb side pick up with more resources. Most orders placed by noon will be ready for pick up the same day based on our forecasted volume.

  1. First you will get an order confirmation by email.
  2. Then you will get an email advising your funds have been processed for payment.
  3. Finally you will get an email advising your order is now ready for curbside pick.

Pull into the small offset parking stall we have designated for curb side pick up.  This is on the west side of the store opposite the park.  A sandwich board sign is located there as well.  

Call the phone number noted on the sign (780-459-1021) when you pull up.  A sales associate will take your call. Please provide your order number at this time.  

The buyer must be able to present photo ID and of course this can be done without even rolling down the window.  We’ll leave the cart with your order at the curbside for you to collect along with a copy of your invoice. Please double-check that all the contents of your order are correct.

The cart may be left at the curb when you are done loading.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to apply a 15% administrative fee for orders cancelled under any circumstances. This is evaluated on a case by case basis. If you require an order cancellation, or partial cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the following methods:

  • Replying directly by email to your order confirmation

  • Sending a request by email to [email protected]

  • By telephone or text to 1-866-379-1055

Pre-Order Policies

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order submitted with more than one pre-order item, or with stock items in conjunction with pre-order items.

By purchasing an item with **PRE-ORDER** in the title, you are purchasing a reserve copy of a game that has not yet been released. Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the game, as listed on, plus tax, plus any shipping fees applicable to your order. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control.

Pre-order items must be purchased as the sole item on an order. If you want to place orders for multiple pre-order items, they must each be submitted as a separate order. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed, and you will be contacted if we are unable to fill your pre-order due to circumstances out of our control.

Pre-order items at Employee Pricing are subject to the policies outlined in that section.

Please note that cancelled Pre-orders are subject to the order cancellation fee of 15%.

Re-seller Sales Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to customers that we determine to be re-sellers.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs are based on rates quoted by the delivery providers (Canada Post or FedEx) and are reliant on the size, weight, and quantity of ordered items. We also ship using Expedited rates since they are slightly faster and our volume grants us this premium at the same price as the slower regular shipping.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You are automatically sent a tracking number once your order ships.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and delivered safely. We can ship products anywhere in the Canada and most of the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Return Policy for

Items are ineligible for any exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Items at a discount of 25% off or greater (Includes items under the Employee Pricing program)

  • Used games or other used products

  • Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)

  • Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error

  • Special order items

  • Items without a factory seal

  • Any wooden products, or products under the Classic Games category

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason contact us by email. If we provide an RMA number you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange to by Canada Post with tracked and insured mail.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount, the cost to reship and/or handling charges will be incurred unless this was an error on our part.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The cost of shipping to you is not refunded.

The cost of shipping the game to is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage Claims

Orders are packed carefully to ensure integrity of product upon arrival to you. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, damage to products can occur during the shipping process. Please refer to the following paragraph for a definition of damage.

Items are ineligible for any damage claims under the following circumstances:

  • Items at a discount of 25% off or greater (Includes items under the Employee Pricing program)

  • Used games or other used products

  • In store pickup

  • Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)

  • Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error

Definition of Damage

We reserve the right to refuse damage claims for the following types of damage:

  • Any damage to shrink wrap

  • Minor corner dents or dings

  • Minor box indentation

  • Any damage that does not effect the integrity of the game components

  • Shelf wear

Claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We will require pictures of the damaged components, and the packaging of the order within 5 business days of your order being received in order to process any damage claims.

Missing Components or Damage to Internal Components

We are not responsible for any items that are factory sealed that have missing components or damage caused by manufacturing error (Misprints, folded cards, etc.). It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer or publisher of the product and issue a claim with them. If you require assistance with this, we are able to provide contact information for you.

Event Pre-registration Cancellations

We reserve the right to apply a 25% administrative fee for cancellations made four days or more before the event date. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
