Any and all information collected on this site for any reason will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your express permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Customer information will be used only in the following ways:

• Order Processing
• Newsletter (opt-in at customer consent only)
• Monthly draw notifications

In the event that a customer wishes their information removed from our systems for personal privacy reasons, please email [email protected] with your formal request, and we will remove you from our systems within 1-3 business days.

Event & Promotional Images

We love to share all of the fun had at our store, and because of this we often take photos at our events.

Photos taken at events may be used on our website and/or social media accounts for promotional and or advertising purposes. By attending one of our events you are agreeing to having your photo taken, if at any point you feel uncomfortable or would not like your photo taken please let one of the staff know and we will do our best to respect your wishes.

For images of persons under the age of majority we will ask for parental consent to use the images.

Names will not be shared without prior consent in the case of showing winners of draws, raffles, or tournaments, and will only be the first name and potentially the last initial.
