If you are sleeving cards from a board game, Board Game Geek's "Card Sleeve Sizes for Games" page is an excellent resource.

Also, as per the publisher: "Please note that all our sleeves should be roughly 1.5 to 2 MM wider than the “stated size,” as you need room for the card to go in, and the stated size is the size of the card, not the sleeve. We have to leave it a little larger as the manufacturing variance/tolerance is +/- 0.25 MM bigger/smaller on each print run."
