A contractor's duties go beyond digging holes, moving dirt and putting up walls. The success of contractors is decided by many factors: union and employee relations, land and property costs and equipment purchases and breakdowns. Encounter the daily woes of a contractor as you struggle to keep ahead of bad weather, employee situations, and most of all, your competitors.
Players move tokens around the board and work on their jobs when they land on a Workday space. Each job is divided into ten phases. Each time you complete a phase, the bank pays you one-tenth of your bid price. You earn rent money in two ways: when the equipment you own is required on other player's jobs, and when other players land on your equipment space. The player with the most money wins.
