Not a stand alone game must be played with YS. The players embody merchant-princes of Ys. By skillfully using their network of brokers, they speculate on the purchase of precious stones, thus amassing gold. The 5 player expansion for Ys was released in Essen 2005. It also includes new character cards (12) and event cards (14), +5 gem cards (22), player aid cards (6), an additional screen, a marker and 14 blue broker cylinders for the fifth player, and additional rules.
